Carpet Shoes No borders. Art project is about our neighbors to the south and the idea of trying to be invisible while crossing into the USA. People forget California was Mexico once. A lot of people have risked death, danger, robbery and rape to gain a better life in America. I grew up in San Diego, and saw the board go from 10 feet to 30 and had many friends cross over. I grew up with Sona Lee the daughter of Maria and Jose. I respect the people whom just like my relatives came to America for a better life.

Little Landscapes is a showing of works on paper of a post-apopolyptic nature. The art medium is collage taken from old sketchbooks and papers. An abstract painter, process artist at heart leads to a lot of pages of non-note. Deborah then takes these papers cuts, glues and arranges them to give a feel of place and time. In addition to the little landscape series there will be a couple of big paintings and other stuff like this great book written by a dog that gives back to the rescue community and who knows what else will be created by the time March 17th rolls around. Oh and Vinyl Night will be spinning some funky beats.
