In our eighth year, the Venice Art Crawl has been serving a community of 40,000 plus in Venice Beach which is the second largest attraction next to Disneyland. Homes, art studios, restaurants, galleries, pop-ups, all show a diverse variety of the arts simultaneously between the hours of 6PM – 10PM on the third Thursdays of March, May, July and for two days in September. Poets, painters, performers and musicians all come from the community and from all over the world to show in this historic artistic beachside haven.
Venice is famous for weird meets iconic and the VAC is known on the West side for attracting folks between the ages of 5 to 85. From the unhoused to the ultra rich, all are welcome to participate in showing, collecting and celebrating art.
The heart (a metaphor) of the Venice Art Crawl can be found anywhere in the 90291 zip code. All of Venice is a potential venue, the Boardwalk the penthouses, an empty lot.
Sponsored mixers, the VAC and a yearly anniversary fundraiser event are powered by locals and volunteers who have made their involvement a community bonding experience.
